An integrated, qualified response to employment support, through personal branding and job mentoring methods. This response is based on an individual, personalised approach that considers each participant’s experience and specific competences, using individualised guidance. It promotes strategies that help young people and adults resident in Portugal who are involuntary unemployed, underemployed, in precarious jobs or in unofficial jobs to (re)join the labour market. This response is implemented in close coordination with other institutions, particularly local organisations and businesses.
